"We've Come a Long Way!"...Our History
1993 - Tracey Edwards graduates from West Virginia University where she enjoyed many fine art, art history and fashion design classes.
1993 - 2005 - Many Marketing and Event Planning jobs (Not at all using her degree!). During this time, Tracey also got married and had 2 beautiful children.
2005 - Needing a creative outlet, Tracey started Drab to Fab Designs (Now using her degree!), specializing in Custom Interior Painting, Faux Finishes, Custom Murals and Custom Window Treatments and Accessories. "Turning your spaces form Drab to Fab simply and cost-effectively through the use of paints and fabrics."
2009 - The economy takes a vacation to the south...waayyy south! Having had many customers ask for private art lessons after painting a mural in their home, she decided now was the time to start Fun, Engaging Art History classes. She rented a small studio on 3rd Street in Old Town Warrenton.
2010 - Business was going extremely well and rented a much larger studio at 75 W. Lee Street, Warrenton. She now has the room to host "The Most Creative" Birthdays in town for children. In addition, to classes at her studio, she also teaches Art Classes for the Life Homeschooling Co-Op.
We hope to hear from you soon to assist you with your decorating needs or to welcome you to our Color Wheel Table to enjoy fun Art classes!
